In our lives, as a rule, no one asked us what we really want. We have chosen a path, often determined by reason, that serves to make money. We say life is just hard. And we're not really happy with it.
Rediscovering the desires of our hearts, peeling them out from within us........what else do I want to do in my life............and awakening that through curiosity and the joy of discovery. Deep down we know it ourselves.
I would like to accompany you on this journey of discovery. In an interview we find what's inside you. It's not conceptual work, but listening to your inner voice with a lot of joy and ease, giving feedback, saying what I see, discovering, being amazed, and then encouraging you to take action.
In painting coaching, this process is deepened through the colors and shapes. Painting opens up deeper layers of consciousness. It is not necessary to be able to paint. There is an interview before and after painting.
